All tangible unused products have a 14 day return policy. Single issue print magazines are non-refundable. Digital products are non-refundable. For tangible products that are damaged, we offer a full replacement at no cost to you. We will require proof/return of damaged product before replacement. Please follow the instructions on your packing slip for returns, or email us. For all other returns of unused, non-damaged products, you have 14 days from the purchase date to return the items for a full refund less any shipping costs. If your purchase received free shipping, we will refund you the full amount less shipping costs. All returns on non-damaged items are at the expense of the purchaser. If you are returning your product for a different size, please follow the instructions for returns on your packaging slip, or email us.
